Project Description: Construction of a phased, mixed-use development consisting of up to 1,600 residential units, a 162,000 sq. ft. full-service hotel, 25,000 sq. ft. of supporting retail, surface and structured parking facilities, park and open space, private streets and site improvements. 

Process Description: Certification of Environmental Impact Report; General Plan Amendment; amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map for the Santa Clara Station Focus Area to reflect the General Plan change; Zoning Code text amendment to add new zoning designation to facilitate the development of land uses and building types proposed; and Rezoning, Vesting Tentative Parcel Map, and Development Agreement.
