Agrihood Mixed-Use Development Project



Lot Size: 5.8 acres

Project Description: Amendment to existing Planned Development Zoning to allow construction of a residential mixed-use development consisting of 160 mixed-income apartments,165 affordable senior apartments, 36 townhomes and approximately 1.5 acres of agricultural open space and an associated Tentative Parcel Map. Additional information from the Housing and Community Services Division.

Process Description: During the formal application process, applicants submit plan sets to City staff for review and analysis. Various community meetings and public hearings are then held to gather input and feedback from stakeholders. If the application proceeds through the process, it is reviewed by the City's committees and commissions. During any stage of review, the proposal may be revised based on staff and community feedback. The City Council has the ultimate authority to approve or deny applications during public hearings.
