Summary

Project Description: Proposed development of approximately 575 multi-family residential units, 25,000 square feet of neighborhood retail and associated amenity spaces, to be developed as part of the Tasman East Specific Plan area. The residential and retail will be developed as mid-rise buildings over a podium garage and the design will also incorporate a .5 acre publicly accessible open space.

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
