The City’s “Behavioral Standards for Public Meetings” reflect best practices for City meetings, treating everyone with respect, encouraging robust discussion, and allowing the people’s business to be done in an efficient and consistent manner. Community meeting to discuss the proposed Agrihood development, a sustainable community on six acres of the former BAREC land located along Winchester Boulevard (across from Valley Fair Mall). This proposed development has been designed to connect the City’s proud agricultural heritage to a modern urban living environment.
The project includes:
- Affordable homes for seniors and senior veterans aged 55 and over
- Market rate apartments and townhomes
- An agricultural open space area designed for education and farm to table living
