Below is a list of meetings. Meeting agendas are generally available three days before the meeting date, and can then be accessed using the links shown below. Minutes will also be posted when available.

The City’s “Behavioral Standards for Public Meetings” reflect best practices for City meetings, treating everyone with respect, encouraging robust discussion, and allowing the people’s business to be done in an efficient and consistent manner.  For information on the Public Presentations process, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the process for Appealing a Council/Board/Commission/Committee Action, please review the "Public Notice."

Zoning Code Community Meeting

The City of Santa Clara is holding a meeting for the Old Quad neighborhood to seek input on any potential improvements that could be made to the Zoning Code which may be considered as part of the City’s Update of its Zoning Code. The Zoning Code is Chapter 18 of the Santa Clara Municipal Code and specifies regulations on land uses and development.

 Meeting Date, Time and Location:
Tuesday, June 19, 2018  from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Santa Clara University
Charney Hall Law Building, Room 106

For those driving, enter through the University’s Palm Drive entrance off El Camino Real, check in with the Visitor Station, and park in the parking structure. Refer to the campus map for the location of Charney Law Building, which is relatively close to the parking structure.
