Come to the Mission Branch Library and start your morning by learning Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a slow, gentle, flowing martial art promoting balance, flexibility, strength, and clarity. It can be practiced and enjoyed by people of all ages. As this is an active class, please bring a bottle of water or other items you might want to aid your exercise.
