Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a skill to be acquired by doing - like playing the piano or dancing.  The facilitator keeps track of the time and suggests that attendees pay attention to their breathing and to the activity of their minds - nothing more.  Offered in partnership with Process Therapy Institute, this is a free service.  No need to pre-register.  Space is limited and is first-come first-serve on a weekly basis, and takes place in room 231 at the Senior Center.
