NORTHSIDE Parenting Program: When Spouses Don't Agree (For Adults ONLY)

spouses don't agreeThe pressures of work, parenting, family, and friends can be overwhelming! It is normal for spouses to not agree with each other. The real work begins on how to mitigate conflict in order to have a successful marriage!

In this workshop participants will explore how they communicate and ways to listen to different communication styles. Participants will also explore ways to engage with conflict mindfully, and proactively. How can we disagree and come to a common conclusion? How can partners learn from conflict and find ways to grow more connected and in alignment even with our differences? How can partners model approach to disagreements in a healthy and positive way so their kids can learn and witness? These and many more topics will be explored along with real tools on how to engage with conflict and communication. Highly engaging and interactive workshop.
