Free Fitness Class: Qi Gong

Friday, February 20, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM, Central Park Library Redwood Room.

Instructor Guoling Zhong from China will conduct a four-session Qigong class on Friday mornings in February.  She will teach the Eight Brocade, which is beneficial to the health of everyone, especially seniors and those recovering from illness.  We encourage participants to attend all four classes.  No reservations are needed, and the program is free and open to the public.
