Update on Sexual Harassment or Misconduct Reports to the Santa Clara Police Department
Potential Victims Filing Police Reports

SANTA CLARA, CA – May 10, 2018: On May 9, 2018, the City of Santa Clara urged any victims of alleged sexual harassment or misconduct against Councilmember Dominic Caserta to immediately contact the Santa Clara Police Department to file a report by calling (408) 615-5580.

The City of Santa Clara confirms that potential victims have filed reports with the Santa Clara Police Department.

On May 15, 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers, the City Council will hear an item placed on the agenda by Mayor Lisa M. Gillmor “about accusations of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior against Santa Clara Councilman Dominic Caserta.”  Police Intake Officer Services will be available that evening at the City Council meeting.

Again, the City of Santa Clara takes all allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct seriously and urges any victims to come forward and contact the Santa Clara Police Department immediately.
