Free Exercise Bombay Jam

Come join this Bollywood dance workout!  Bombay Jam is the ultimate dance fitness total body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow and packed with authentic Bollywood flavor!

Make sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel, because you'll be sure to work up a sweat.
