City Hall and most City departments/facilities will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018 through Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Although administrative offices will be closed, emergency services will continue.
Santa Clara Police Department administrative offices are closed on Dec. 25, 2018 and also closed on Jan. 1, 2019.
24/7 Emergency Services During Holiday Closures
The City Water & Sewer Utility, Police, Fire, Public Works, and Silicon Valley Power personnel will provide 24/7 assistance during the Holiday closure to respond to any City emergencies.

- Water, sewer and power emergencies should be reported by calling the 24-hour line at (408) 615-5640
