Public Safety Dispatcher of the Quarter
Chris Schiller is a veteran Public Safety Dispatcher II that continues to improve his performance in the Communications Center and increase his contributions to the City of Santa Clara.
Most recently, Chris took a Communications Training Officer course and brought the skills learned back to his peers for immediate implementation. Since taking the course, Chris has contributed 297 hours to teaching others on observation report writing, conducting crucial conversations, coaching, counseling and mentoring. As a result, Santa Clara’s Communications Training Officers have gained new skills to enhance the training program for Public Safety Dispatcher Trainees. Thank you, and congratulations Chris!
