The City of Santa Clara is transitioning to the BidSync bid notification system to post, distribute and receive electronic responses to the City’s solicitations for supplies, materials, equipment, general services and professional services. Prospective suppliers are encouraged to register with BidSync to access information on current and past bids. There is no fee associated with viewing and/or receiving notices about the City’s bid opportunities.
During the transition to BidSync, the City will post its bids on two (website) locations. Access bids on BidSync through the links below, and scroll down this page to access additional bids.
Bids, RFPs and RFQs are to be delivered to the appropriate City department no later than the due date and time for the application to be considered.
