Fire Station 1 located at 777 Benton Street, is the headquarters station and was dedicated as the “Leonard George Fire Station” in honor of the first full-time, professional Chief in the history of the department. Station 1 crews protect the historic old quad neighborhood, Santa Clara University and surrounding area.
