Every Saturday

The fresh fruits and vegetables of spring and summer are on their way from nearby fields and orchards to Santa Clara’s year-round Downtown Farmers Market.  The event is held every Saturday, rain or shine, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jackson Street between Homestead Road and Benton Street.  A different selection of fresh produce and flowers is offered each week, directly from growers.  The “Growers Certificate” hanging at the farmer’s stand is issued by the County Agriculture Commissioner authorizing the farmer to sell only the certain crops listed and grown by them.  Questions?  Call (510) 745-7100.
