The City of Santa Clara’s Housing & Community Services Division will be holding public hearing to obtain community input for the City’s 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan.

Each year, the City receives federal funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address a wide range of community development needs that benefit the City’s low-income areas and residents. Activities and projects include: affordable housing, public services, homeless services, infrastructure improvements, critical home repairs, senior programs.
April 4, 2019 starts the 30-day public comment period for the final version of the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan. On May 7, 2019, at the City Council Meeting, there will be a final opportunity for community input before submission of the Plan to HUD on or before May 15, 2019. Copies of the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan will be available on this website, at City libraries, City Clerk’s office, and at the Housing and community Services Division’s office.
