The Santa Clara Fire Department Hazardous Materials Division maintains records of and inspects underground storage tanks. All underground storage tanks are required to meet current state regulations. Permits are required for the installation or removal of underground storage tanks. Permit forms may be obtained from our office at 1675 Lincoln Street in Santa Clara. Forms may also be mailed to you through the U.S. Postal Service. Send an email to ask that the form be mailed; provide your complete mailing address.
