The Rules and Regulations were adopted by the Civil Service Commission and approved by City Council to assure appointments, promotions, and disciplinary actions are consistent and in the best interest of the City.
The Employer-Employee Relations Resolution (PDF) provides orderly procedures for the administration of employer-employee relations between the City management and the City's employee organizations and for resolving disputes regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
