The Santa Clara Stadium Authority exists as a public body, separate and distinct from the City, and was established to provide for the development and operation of Levi's Stadium. The Santa Clara Stadium Authority is structured so that the City is not liable for the debts or obligations of the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.

This page includes links to information on NFL and Non-NFL events, important leases and agreements, the Santa Clara Stadium Authority Board and past agenda reports regarding the history of the stadium through construction.

This webpage will be updated on a frequent basis, particularly with regard to the Public Safety Cost and Reimbursement Summaries after each major event at the stadium.

The Santa Clara Stadium Authority received a presentation on the Noise Monitoring Program at their meeting of December 19, 2017. The noise monitoring data can be found by going to this page.
