| Distinguishing Characteristics |
| Under supervision, an incumbent
is responsible for serving meals and maintaining the proper level
of cleanliness in the work area. The position requires good physical
condition. |

| Typical Duties |
| Maintains safe and sanitary
procedures according to the nutritional standards and policies in
all areas of food service; cleans equipment and work area; assists
site manager in checking the delivery of catered food; serves the
prescribed portions for each meal; prepares beverages as necessary;
stores kitchen supplies and supervises return of caterer's equipment;
keeps record of usage of supplies and notifies Site Manager when inventory
is low; performs related tasks as necessary. |
