To report hazardous spills or illegal dumping in creeks within Santa Clara County, contact the contact the Santa Clara Valley Water District at (888) 510-5151.

To report flooding in City streets during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday), contact the Street Department Corporation Yard at (408) 615-3080. To report flooding after regular office hours or on weekends, please call the after-hours emergency number for Santa Clara at (408) 615-5640.

Sandbag requests for flood prevention within Santa Clara County should go to Santa Clara Valley Water District or call (888) 439-6624.
