On August 4, 2010, the Planning Commission held a Study Session to discuss the General Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report.  A summary of this meeting can be found here.

General Plan Land Use Amendments

The General Plan is a long range planning document outlining future development goals and policies for the City of Santa Clara, with maps and figures showing where specific land uses are, and will be, located. In conjunction with the General Plan Update process, properties with discrepancies between existing uses and current designations will be corrected though General Plan Land Use Amendments. These proposed changes will be incorporated into the updated General Plan. The following maps and list identify the affected properties along with the proposed new land use designations.
