The George F. Haines International Swim Center is the site of international swim meets, and a "home" for world-class and Olympic swimmers, divers, and synchronized swimmers. The facility offers adult noon hour swim, adult lap swimming, and senior swim year around; public swim for all ages is offered during the summer.
Pool Dimensions: Training Pool - 75 feet x 42 feet; depth at the edge is 4 feet and depth at the center is 4 feet 6 inches. Racing Pool - 75 feet x 50 meters; depth at the ends is 5 feet; depth at the center is 8 feet. Diving Well - 75 feet x 60 feet; overall depth is 17 feet.

Recreational Swimming will resume in June 2013 at our three neighborhood pools. Pools are closed and staff is not present to answer phones.

Mary Gomez Park & Pool

An eight acre park, Mary Gomez Park has a swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball court and small children's play area. In addition, the park has off-street parking, an open play area suitable for games, picnic-barbecue facilities, and restrooms. The park was named in honor of Mary Gomez, an outstanding Santa Clara Unified School District teacher who also participated in the development of the City's Parks & Recreation Department. She also served on its first commission, which formulated the City's policy to try to place a park in every neighborhood. The pool is open during the summer only, and offers recreational swim and lessons.

Montague Pool

Adjacent to Montague Elementary School, the Swim Center has a pool made accessible to the disabled, a large wading pool, and turf area for sunbathers. Montague Swim Center covers 1.5 acres, and is open in the summer only, offering recreational swim and swim lessons.
Pool Dimensions: 75 feet x 56 feet (one end of the pool is 35 feet wide and the other end is 30 feet wide); depth of shallow end is 2 feet 9 inches; depth of deepest portion is 4 feet 9 inches. Small Pool - 30 feet x 20 feet; depth at shallow end is 1 feet 9 inches and depth at the deeper end is 2 feet 9 inches
Warburton Park & Pool

A 6 acre park, Warburton Park was named in honor of Austen Warburton in 1962. Mr. Warburton was a descendent of a pioneer California family, and lived his entire life -- November, 1917 to May, 1995 -- in Santa Clara. He was a beloved civic leader, serving as a City Planning Commissioner, City Council Member and a Regent of Santa Clara University, and was known as "Mr. Santa Clara". Warburton Park also contains the Warburton Swim Center, picnic areas, open space, restrooms, a playground and basketball courts. The swim center offers recreational swim and lessons during the summer. The pool facility has off-street parking.
Pool Dimensions: 75 feet x 45 feet; depth of shallow end is 3 feet; depth of deep end is 10 feet. Small Pool - 40 feet x 30 feet; depth at the edge is 2 feet 6 inches and depth at the center is 3 feet.
