Apple Tree
Way up high in the apple tree, (raise arms)
Two little apples smiled at me. (make fists and rotate them)
I shook that tree as hard as I could, (wave arms)
Down came the apples, (drop arms)
Mmm, were they good! (rub tummy)

Cuckoo Clock
Tick tock, tick tock, (swing arms like a pendulum)
I’m a little cuckoo clock.
Tick tock, tick tock, now it’s almost one o’clock.
Cuckoo! (clap hands above head once and “cuckoo’)
…two o’clock. Cuckoo, cuckoo! (clap hands above head twice and “cuckoo” two times)
…three o’clock. Cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo! (clap hands above head three times and “cuckoo” three times)

The Beehive
Here is the beehive, (make fist)
But where are the bees?
They’re hiding inside, where nobody sees. (point to fist)
Look out now, they’re coming alive! (shake fist)
Let’s count them – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5!! (open out fingers one at a time)

Drive the Firetruck
Hurry, hurry, drive the firetruck;

Hurry, hurry, turn the corner! (tip body to side)

Bubble Song

Went up the waterspout, (fingers “climb” while raising arms)

And washed the spider out, (swing arms low)
Out came the sun, (arms form circle)
And dried up all the rain, (fingers drift up)
And the eensy, weensy spider went up the spout again! (fingers “climb” while raising arms)

Now it’s going back. (move arms backward slowly and make slow sounds)
Hear the whistle blow, “Whoo, whoooo!” (cup fingers at mouth)
Ring the bell, “Ding, ding, ding!!” (put finger in air and pretend to ring bell)
What a lot of noise it makes (cover ears with hands)
As down the track it goes! Choo, choo!! (make arm motions)

Ring Around the Rosie
Ring around the rosie, (bounce)
Pocket full of posies. (bounce)
Ashes, ashes, (lift)
We all fall down! (lower)
The cows are in the meadow, eating buttercups,
Thunder, lightening (gently shake baby)

But he didn’t catch me! (point at self)!
