Welcome to the Santa Clara Senior Center!

Our goal is to help enhance the physical, emotional, and social well-being of adults 50 years and older.

Our center is the hub for lots of activities designed to meet the interests and needs of seniors of every age. Whether you're 50 and looking to get in shape, or 90 and hoping to meet new friends over a round of cards, we have something fun for you to do.

Unique to our center is a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness room with commercial-quality equipment and an indoor lap pool, warm water pool, and spa.

You can surf the Internet in our 13-station computer lab, construct a new home improvement project in the woodshop, or pick up a friendly game of pool in our billiards room.

Supportive services are available to promote independent living and health, such as care management, registered nurses in our Health & Wellness Program, Medicare/health insurance and legal assistance, and a nutritious meal program.

For information regarding services available at the senior center or through other city departments and community partners, please see the Senior Resource List or call 615-3181.

For information regarding basic needs for low income individuals (food, shelter, clothing, etc.) please see the Community Links brochure or call 408-615-3181.

For those who like to ramble without the hassles, our senior tour program, Adventures to Go, offers trips to destinations within the area and abroad.

In partnership with Adult Education, all kinds of classes are held at the center, such as ceramics, painting, crafts, dance, and much more.

Whether you want to hit the gym or curl up in a comfy chair with a good book, the Santa Clara Senior Center will provide something to spark your brain and get you moving. Come play with us!
