Land Area: 239 Acres
Space: 239 acres of mixed-use development will be separated into five parcels, each of which will be developed in phases. Includes 5.7 million square feet of office, 1.1 million square feet of retail, 250,000 square feet of food and beverage, and 190,000 square feet of entertainment. Will also include 1,360 residential units and 700 hotel rooms.
Occupancy Date: First phase of construction is anticipated to commence in 2017 and be completed by 2021.
