Spring into Summer Fitness

The Santa Clara Senior Center has classes for a range of adults ages 50+ who are looking to increase their fitness and independence.

Zumba Gold with Ginger – Mondays from 10:00-10:45 AM or Wednesdays from 9:30-10:15 AM

Pilates Mat – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 AM

Beginning Strength and Conditioning – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

The Senior Center offers a variety of classes for many abilities and interests.
From No Falls S.O.S. (falls prevention) to Tai Chi to Jazzercise, we may have just what you need to start your path to improved health.
