Brandishing a weapon
Location: 2100 Block of Monroe St.
While investigating a noise disturbance, officers learned that one resident threatened another resident with a hammer during an argument. The suspect was arrested for brandishing the weapon. Another occupant was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A 70 year old female told officers that a relative beat her as he ejected her from the residence. After interviewing the injured victim, officers arrested the suspect for elder abuse.

Vehicle Theft Arrest
Location: 4500 Block of Lafayette Street
Officers located a male inside a stolen car in the parking lot of several closed businesses. The suspect booked into County Jail for vehicle theft.

Disturbance
Location: 1400 Block of El Camino Real
The victim received a threat via text message from her ex-boyfriend. Officers who responded to the victim’s residence located the suspect near the scene. The suspect was arrested and booked into County Jail for the threats. An emergency protective order for the victim was granted.

Location: 3300 Block of Brookdale Ave.
A 911 caller reported gunfire from the suspect’s backyard. Officers contacted the occupants of the home. The investigation revealed the suspect fired blanks from a starter’s pistol. He was arrested and booked into County Jail for disturbing the peace.

Injury Collision with D.U.I.
Location: Stevens Creek Bl & Saratoga Ave.
Officers investigated a traffic collision involving a vehicle disabled on the median. One driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol at the time she broadsided another vehicle. The intoxicated suspect was arrested for D.U.I. and transported to the hospital for her injuries.

Burglary
Location: 2300 Block of Harrison Street
After rummaging through a vehicle parked on the driveway, the suspect entered the residence through an unlocked door. His presence startled a sleeping resident. A police canine responded to the scene in an attempt to track the suspect. Officers did not locate the suspect, however evidence was collected from the scene.

Domestic Violence
Location: 3500 Block of Lafayette Street
An argument between two cohabiting adults escalated into a physical fight. Officers responded and arrested the suspect for domestic violence. In addition, she had an outstanding felony warrant for her arrest. She was booked into County Jail. The victim suffered minor facial injuries.

Robbery
Location: 2700 Block of Mission College Blvd.
The victim arranged to meet a woman at a hotel. After entering the woman’s room, a large male unexpectedly appeared. As the victim tried to leave, the male suspect demanded the victim’s money, jewelry and mobile phone. Associates of the suspects entered the room and a scuffle ensued. The victim freed himself with his phone, but not the jewelry. He suffered minor injuries.

Fraud
Location: 2600 Block of Gamblin Drive
Investigators arrested two suspects who previously deceived an elderly woman that she was a lottery prize winner. The suspects arrived at the woman’s home in an attempt to collect several thousand dollars as part of the scam. Both adults were arrested without incident and booked on theft charges into County Jail.

Officers responded to reports of a male punching cars and acting aggressively. When located by officers, the defiant subject refused to follow commands. Additional officers arrived and the suspect was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. He was taken to the hospital prior to being booked at County Jail.

DUI Arrest
Location: Monroe Street and Calabazas Ave
Officer Pilger observed a stopped driver facing northbound in the southbound lane of Calabazas. Upon contact with at the vehicle, the officer determined the driver was intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into County Jail for DUI.
