A man was under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed methamphetamine when he was stopped by Officer Terry. He was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Officers were sent to a man causing a disturbance with baseball players at War Memorial Park. When officers arrived the man was detained. Officers learned the man was wanted by California State Parole and he was taken to the county jail.

Drug Arrest
Location: 1370 Block of Rosedale
Officers were sent to a suspicious man who was seen in the backyard of several residences. The man was located by Officer Garces and was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and prowling. He was taken to the county jail.

A motorist was stopped and he possessed methamphetamine. The man was taken to the county jail.

Officers were sent to a theft from a vehicle. They discovered two additional thefts from other vehicles parked on the street. A witness described the suspect as a white male in his 20’s, wearing blue jeans and a black beanie. No arrests were made.

Burglary
Location: 3600 Block of Flora Vista
An unknown person entered a residence while the occupants were asleep and removed numerous video games. No arrests were made.

A man on probation possessed brass knuckles and ammunition. He was arrested by Officer Cardin and taken to the county jail.

Warrant Arrest

Officers were sent to a suspicious person going door-to-door representing himself as a P.G. & E employee. Officers contacted the man and learned he did not have any identification for P.G.&E. The man had numerous warrants for his arrest and was provided a court date to appear in court.

Drug Arrest
Location: 2700 Homestead Rd.
Officers were sent to a driver slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle. The driver possessed heroin and methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Officers were sent to a Fraud in progress at the Bank of America. Officers arrested three individuals working together to forge and pass stolen checks. One of the subjects also had a no bail warrant for her arrest. All three were taken to the county jail.

Drugs/Stolen Vehicle/Weapons Arrest
Location:
30 Washington St.
A suspicious person driving a Honda was stopped by Officer Shapiro. The Honda was stolen from San Jose and the male driver possessed methamphetamine, burglary tools and a billy club. The driver was arrested and taken to the county jail.
