Location: 3760 Homestead Rd.
An Officer was sent to a shoplifter being detained by Safeway security. On arrival, the officer learned a man exited Safeway with a bottle of “Jagermeister” and was arrested for the theft by store security. The officer issued the shoplifter a citation with a date to appear in court.

An unknown person damaged the window to a residence. Additionally, the home was defaced with eggs.

A man was arrested for two warrants and issued a citation for illegal camping in front of the ATT store near Moonlight lanes. He was released with a notice to appear in court for the warrants.

A female solicitor was arrested for a “no bail” warrant. She was taken to the county jail.

A man on probation was stopped in connection to a theft at Walgreens. The man was found to be in possession of a stolen credit card and the officers learned he was responsible for the theft at Walgreens. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

A suspicious man ran from an officer in the area of Bank of America. Officers pursued the man into a nearby backyard. The man was arrested for a felony warrant and resisting arrest. He was taken to the county jail.

A female motorist was stopped for expired registration. Officers found methamphetamine and hydrocodone pills inside the vehicle. She was arrested for the illegal drugs and taken to the county jail.

A female resident returned home and found an abandoned bicycle on her driveway. She also discovered the front window to her residence was open. She entered her home and spotted a male burglar holding a bag with her property. The male fled through the front door, got on his bicycle and fled the area. No arrest was made.

A male motorist was stopped for speeding and the officer noticed she displayed signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver failed the field sobriety tests and he was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. He was taken to the county jail.

A suspicious man and woman were stopped by an officer. The woman possessed methamphetamine and was under the influence of a controlled substance. The man was under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed drug paraphernalia. In addition, they each had warrants for their arrest. They were arrested and taken to the county jail.

A male motorist was stopped for a burned out headlight. The officer discovered the man possessed burglary tools and was driving a stolen vehicle. The man was also responsible for at least two auto burglaries in Santa Clara. The man was taken to the county jail.

A male motorist was stopped for a registration violation and he displayed signs of alcohol intoxication. He failed the field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. He was taken to the county jail.

Officers were sent to a suspicious man sleeping inside his vehicle near the play area for children. On arrival, officers located the man and found he was under the influence of a controlled substance. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

A motorist was stopped for a burned out brake lamp. The male and female passengers inside the vehicle were both on probation. They possessed stolen mail, methamphetamine and burglary tools. They were arrested and take to the county jail.

Officers were sent to a vehicle parked in a handicap stall near the Poinciana Lounge. On arrival, the officers located a male and female associated with the parked vehicle. During the course of their investigation, the female provided false information to the officers. The officers learned the male was wanted by California State Parole and had felony drug warrants. The female was arrested for providing false information to the officers and taken to the police department. She was released with a notice to appear in court. The male was arrested and taken to the county jail.
