Burglary Arrest
Location:
3201 Mission College Blvd.
A man and woman entered TJ Maxx and concealed merchandise under their clothing, and exited the store without paying. TJ Maxx security officers were able to locate the man and woman nearby. The man and woman were arrested and taken to the county jail.

Warrant Arrest

Monroe St. & Quinn Ave.
A male motorist was stopped for a traffic violation. The officer learned the motorist had a $30,000 arrest warrant for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle
Location:
De La Cruz & Reed St.
An automatic license plate reader inside a police vehicle alerted an officer to a possible stolen vehicle on the roadway. The officer confirmed it was stolen and stopped the vehicle. The male driver of the vehicle was arrested and taken to the county jail for auto theft and a parole violation.

Drunk in Public

Officers were sent to a vandalism in progress in which a person was defacing a cemetery bench. Upon arrival, the officers stopped a man but were not able to link him to the graffiti. Officers learned the man had consumed a significant amount of alcohol and was unable to care for himself. The man was arrested.

Drug Arrest

Officers were sent to a disturbance at the Sterling Motel involving a guest inside a room. On arrival, the officers met with the man causing the disturbance and determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance. He had also vandalized the plumbing inside the room. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Bicycle Theft Arrest

3049 Steven Creek Blvd.
A 16 year old female left her unlocked mountain bike outside of Macy’s while she went shopping. Upon her return, she saw an adult male riding away on her bike and reported it to the police. An officer was canvassing the area and spotted the man riding the mountain bike. The man was arrested for the theft.

Drug Arrest

Officers were sent to a disturbance. On arrival, the officers met with the man that reported the incident and learned he was under the influence of a controlled substance. The officers concluded the disturbance did not occur and the man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Traffic Accident

Bassett St. & Norman Dr.
Officers responded to the report of a rollover collision with major injuries on the railroad tracks at this intersection. A big rig hauling tons of gravel landed on its side when the driver attempted to turn his vehicle. Southern Pacific was notified and trains were held for several hours until the area was cleared. Only the driver was injured.

Armed Robbery

A man was walking to his apartment from his car when a person approached him. The person displayed a black semi automatic pistol and demanded the man’s money and cell phone. After the robbery, the person ran east. The suspect is a Black male adult with a light complexion. He is 5’8”, 120 pounds, and between 20 to 25 years old. He was wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans.

An automatic license plate reader inside a police vehicle alerted an officer of a possible stolen vehicle on the roadway. The officer confirmed it was stolen and stopped the vehicle. The male driver was not cooperative and he was arrested for auto theft.
