The Santa Clara Senior Center wants to help you meet your fitness goals for 2014!
Join us for our new Strength and Conditioning class to learn how to properly and safely use the machines in the fitness center. This circuit-training class includes a cardio warm-up, stretching, instruction on the purpose and use of the fitness equipment, and a cool-down. Intermediate class focuses on more advanced techniques and circuit routines. Maximize your potential with efficient workouts! Mind, Body, and Spirit
The Senior Center offers a spectrum of classes, that cater to a variety of abilities, for adults ages 50+. Classes include Fitness for All, Jazzercise, Zumba Gold, Tai Chi, and Introduction to Woodworking. Our experienced instructors are attentive to your needs and goals. Please refer to the Senior Classes section in the Recreation Activities Guide for complete class descriptions and fees.

Senior Computer Classes
In cooperation with the Central Library, the Senior Center also offers free computer classes the last Wednesday of most months. Free Library E-Books is the January 29 class and will show you how to borrow books for reading or listening from the Library’s website. These classes are held in the Senior Center computer lab. Online registration is not available, so please visit the Senior Center for more information or to register. Please download the flier for more information.
