Location: 3000 Block of Bunker Hill Lane
An officer was dispatched on the report of a commercial burglary on the 3000 block of Bunker Hill Lane. The unknown suspect(s) remain at large.

Location: 3200 Block of El Camino Real
An officer conducted a consensual pedestrian stop on a male subject walking on the 3200 block of El Camino Real. A Records check revealed he was on parole and that he was a sex registrant out of compliance with his re-registration requirements. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: 2900 Block of Tasman Drive
A commercial burglary occurred at a business on the 2900 block of Tasman Drive. The unknown suspect entered the locked office storage closet by forcing entry and took equipment from the business. The suspect in this case was not identified or apprehended.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery
Location: 3200 Block of El Camino Real
An officer located a vehicle with paper license plates parked in the Motel 6 parking lot at 3208 El Camino Real. The vehicle was unoccupied and reported stolen out of Palo Alto. The suspect remains at large.

Location: Monroe Street and South Drive
An officer observed a vehicle with expired vehicle license plate registration. The officer conducted an enforcement stop and made contact with the vehicle’s five occupants. A Records check of the male driver (suspect #1) indicated he had a suspended driver’s license. The rear driver’s side passenger was on probation (suspect #2). During a probation search of the vehicle, the officer located a butterfly knife, approximately 6” in length, on suspect #3 which is in violation of Penal Code 21510, Possession of a Switchblade Knife (two or more inches in length). Suspect #1 was issued a citation and suspect #3 was arrested and released at his residence to his father. All of the other occupants were released at the scene.

Location: 1600 Martin Avenue
An officer was dispatched to the Aquamaids Bingo Hall at 1600 Martin Avenue on the report of a robbery. An unknown male suspect wearing a black hoodie struck a 78-year-old female victim in the head several times with a handgun and stole her purse. The unknown suspect was last seen running westbound towards Scott Boulevard and is still outstanding.
The victim sustained injuries requiring medical attention. She received preliminary treatment from the Santa Clara Fire Department before being transported to a local hospital.

An unknown suspect forced entry into a home on the 500 block of Moreland Way. Once inside, the suspect ransacked the residence and fled with the victim’s property. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Disturbing the Peace
Location: 1200 Block of Benton Street
An officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Benton Street on the report of a disturbance. Approximately 8 individuals were inside the home and loud music and voices could be heard from approximately 100 feet away. Although there was alcohol on the premises, minors were not in possession of alcohol. The party was shut down while officers were present.

A witness observed two suspects spray painting three vehicles parked on the 800 block of Martin Avenue. The suspects fled on foot into the large crowd of nearby “Bike Party” participants and remain at large.

Driving Under the Influence
Location: 600 Block of Winchester Boulevard
The male suspect was involved in a non-injury traffic collision on the 600 block of Winchester Boulevard. He displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
