3900 Block of Rivermark Place
An unknown suspect broke the left rear window of the victim’s vehicle in the Wells Fargo parking lot on the 3900 block of Rivermark Place. The suspect fled the scene and is still at large.

Monday, July 14, 2014

3500 Block of El Camino Real
A victim was assaulted by 3 or 4 suspects while in a parking lot on the 3500 block of El Camino Real. The suspects forced the victim into a van where the assault continued and the victim was robbed of his wallet and cell phone before being left in a park near Calabazas Boulevard.

One male suspect was identified, arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail. No other suspects have been identified or apprehended.

Warrant Arrest
4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way
An officer was dispatched to Levi's Stadium on report of a trespasser. Stadium security staff had detained a male subject, wandering inside the stadium without proper authorization.

A Records check revealed the subject had a $5,000.00 misdemeanor arrest warrant from San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County jail.

Central Park Library Parking Garage
An unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's backpack, and its contents, from inside a locked vehicle in the underground parking structure at the Central Park Library. The driver's side window of the victim's vehicle was partially rolled down, which provided the unknown suspect(s) access into the vehicle. The victim's stolen property is valued at approximately $950.00. The suspect remains at large.

Commercial Burglary
: 2800 Block of El Camino Real
A male suspect smashed the front door glass of a business on the 2800 block of El Camino Real which set off an interior motion alarm. The suspect exited the business prior to Police arrival, but was later apprehended in front of an adjacent business. A Records check revealed the suspect was on felony probation. He was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail.

Driving Under the Influence
Cypress Avenue and Pruneridge Avenue
An officer responded to Cypress Avenue and Pruneridge Avenue on the report of a male subject passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle with the engine running and the vehicle in gear. Upon arrival, the officer observed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and conducted a series of field sobriety tests. The subject was arrested and transported to the temporary holding facility at the Santa Clara Police Department. Meanwhile, the driver’s dog was transported to the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority for safe keeping.

400 Block of Saratoga Avenue
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a vehicle on the 400 block of Saratoga Avenue. The suspect(s) rummaged through the entire vehicle, and removed items from the glove compartment. The suspect(s) left the scene and remain at large.
