Above Ground Storage Tanks

As the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) for the City of Santa Clara, the Santa Clara Fire Department Hazardous Materials Division is authorized to implement the California Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act. The Santa Clara Fire Department Hazardous Materials Division inspects facilities that store petroleum products in aboveground tanks for compliance with the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act and referenced sections of the federal Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule. Additional information may be obtained by calling our office at (408) 615-4960.
