The members of the Hazardous Materials Division are:

• David Parker, Ph.D., is the Hazardous Materials Administrator and supervises the division.
• Stephanie Christenberry has responsibility for hazardous waste inspections and legislative review and analysis.
• Douglas Hansen has primary responsibility for tiered permits, toxic gas ordinance, underground storage tanks and the California Accidental Release Program.
• Angela Giuliani has primary responsibility for hazardous waste inspections and fire code inspections.
