“Disney’s Beauty and the Beast” Performed in Santa Clara

Santa Clara, Calif. – March 31, 2005 – Roberta Jones Junior Theatre continues their 36th Season with “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.”

This hit Broadway musical is based on the beloved animated film, and includes all the wonderful songs from the film, plus new songs written especially for the stage version. A cast and crew of 75 young people, ages 8-18, are the first community group in the Bay Area to present this outstanding show.

Performances are April 8, 9, 15 and 16 at 7:00pm, April 10 and 17 at 2:00pm. Tickets are $2.00 for Children and $5.00 for Adults. Tickets are available for purchase only on the day of the performance. The ticket box office opens one hour before performances. Performances are presented in the Mary Louise Mello Auditorium, in the Community Recreation Center, 969 Kiely Blvd. in Santa Clara. For more information, please call (408) 615-3161.
