| Santa Clara, Calif. - September 28, 2006 -
A Candidates Forum 2006 co-sponsored by the Santa Clara Citizen’s Advisory Committee, “Santa Clara Weekly” newspaper and the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce and Convention-Visitors Bureau, will be held on Monday, October 16, 2006, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. for candidates for City Council Seats No. 2, 5 and Mayor.
The public is invited to attend and participate in the Forum. The Forum will also be broadcast live in Santa Clara on Municipal Cable Channel 15.
The Forum will be held in Santa Clara City Council Chambers, 1500 Warburton Avenue. Parking is free.
A tape of the Candidates Forum will be replayed on the following dates and times:
October 17 and 18, 7 p.m.; October 19, 4 p.m.; October 20, 7 p.m.; October 21, 1 p.m.; and October 22, 4:30 p.m.
