Citizens can now perform their own permit search,
review plan check or inspection status, review the Building
Code, review property information, and obtain other information
from the City website from the new computer in the self-help
area of the City's Permit Center.
All permit records since the start of the new permit tracking
system last October and partial permit records since 1996 are
available online.
Several additional improvements have been completed at the
Permit Center to provide a more user-friendly environment
including new tables and comfortable chairs for use while
completing permit applications and convenient shelving for
handouts. A children's corner with toys was set up so that
parents can work with Permit staff with fewer distractions.
