The following services are provided at no charge:

• Leak Check: Check for water leaks to investigate higher than normal use
• Pressure Check: Investigate low water pressure complaints
• How To Read Your Meter: Instruct customers how to read their water meters
• Water Usage History: Provide a printout of water usage history for the past 24 billing periods
• Service Locate: Locate water services within the City's right-of-way
• Meter Shut-off: Turn the water off at the meter for repair work performed by the customer or their contractor. Also, the meter is City property and should not be used by the customer to turn off the water.
