SVP will hold an informational scoping meeting in order to help the affected community understand the proposed Project, and to explain how the public can participate in SVP’s decision-making process.  This informal workshop is an opportunity for agencies and the public to ask questions about the scope of the environmental document and provide input on the scope and content of the environmental document.  While written comments may be submitted during the workshop, there will be no facilities to record oral comments.
