On January 19-20, the Council will set goals and objectives, which will provide policy guidance to the City Manager for implementation during 2018.  At this public meeting, an organization overview will be presented and Council will discuss and hear from the community on where the City should collectively focus.

If you have specific comments, suggestions or concerns for the Council to consider and are unable to attend the meeting, please email mayorandcouncil@santaclaraca.gov so that your feedback may be provided to the Council for consideration. The entire retreat (both days) will be live streamed on the City's Facebook and Youtube channels.
