Central Park Library, 2635 Homestead Road, is CLOSED for the remainder of the day, April 30, due to police activity.

The El Día de los Niños program at Central Park Library, scheduled for tonight, is cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

The library is set to reopen tomorrow during regular business hours, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

The Santa Clara Police Department is on scene with evacuation orders in place for the library only as a result of a suspicious device. According to Police, there is no impact on adjacent schools, community center, swim center or neighborhood.
