Warmington Residential will host a virtual community meeting on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 6:00 – 7:30pm for the proposed project at 2855 El Camino Real. The proposal is for 23 new townhomes and 65 affordable senior apartment units and 3,912 square feet of ground floor commercial in a five-story building. They will provide a presentation and facilitate the discussion with community members. City staff will be attending to accept community feedback.
