Get one-on-one assistance with your landlord/tenant laws related questions. These in-person sessions are held every second Thursday of the month at the Central Park Library lobby. This is a first come, first served service.
These consultation sessions are only for Santa Clara County residents (except San Jose tenants. San Jose tenants can get help from Bay Area Legal Aid)
Project Sentinel is a non-profit organization and provides education counseling, conciliation, and they assist individuals with housing problems such as discrimination, mortgage foreclosure & delinquency, rental issues including repairs, deposits, privacy, and dispute resolution.
