Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

The City of Santa Clara will be hosting a Candidate, Committee and Independent Expenditure Committee Orientation Session on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at City Hall Council Chambers from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  We invite you to attend the orientation to learn more about our Santa Clara’s Votes program and the upcoming candidate forums. Please RSVP to SCVotes@santaclaraca.gov by August 15 to confirm your participation.
