The City of Santa Clara is providing information for the public on the status of litigation involving the Santa Clara Stadium Authority in order to provide the public with accurate information about various disputes with the San Francisco Forty-Niners organization involving Levi’s Stadium.

On August 31, 2022, the Santa Clara Stadium Authority, City of Santa Clara, and the 49ers’ organizations reached an agreement to resolve some of their disputes.
