Visitor Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Closed on Sundays
• Visitors can now enter through Winchester Blvd. and Dolores Ave. gates
• Access to the indoor mausoleum available
• Help keep the cemetery clean by picking up trash, removing dog waste, and leaving grave sites tidy (old/broken/faded personal items should be removed)

All interior facilities are now open including mausoleum, restrooms, office, and chapel. Face masks required indoors.

Agnews Historic Cemetery & Museum

Currently, the Agnews Historic Cemetery & Museum remains closed to the public.

The Finance Department offers multiple payment services for customers online, by phone, by mail, drop box, in-person and through the City Drive-thru window.

City Hall - Finance Municipal Services Window

Walk-in services are available at City Hall, Finance window (1500 Warburton Ave.) in the west wing. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Drive-Thru Window for Utility Bill Payments

Services available through the drive-thru window:

• Pay utility bills including electric, water, sewer and garbage
• Renew business licenses or pay balances (by appointment only)

Cash, credit card or check payments are accepted. Customers will continue to have the option to pay their utility and business license bills online, by mail, drop box or over the phone.

• Only customers in vehicles can use the drive-thru window
• Customers are required to wear a face covering while using the drive-thru window.

Once an account has been set up, make a one-time payment with your credit card and/or sign up for recurring payment options by using either a credit card and/or direct payment through your saving/checking account. The City accepts home banking payments for customers that prefer to home bank through their personal financial institution or bank.

Pay by Phone for Utility Bill Payments

• Self-serve through our Interactive Voice Response system. Pay with your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) over the phone anytime day or night, (408) 615-2300.
• If you have a question about your utility bill before you pay, contact customer service representatives by calling 408-615-2300 between the hours 8 a.m.– 4:55 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Senior Center & Fitness Center: The Senior Center is open Monday & Wednesday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

No appointments are necessary. Additional activities and programs will be announced at the end of summer. For more information, call 408-615-3170.

• Fitness Center: Santa Clara residents age 50+ that possess a current Senior Center card can drop in and utilize the newly remodeled fitness center. Upon entry, patrons must sign in at the fitness desk using their Senior Center Card. Staff will be available to answer questions about the new equipment and demonstrate proper usage.
• Snack Bar & Patio: Individuals can purchase drinks and snacks and visit with friends under the umbrellas on the Patio. Patrons can also play bean bag toss, ladder ball, and table tennis.
• Drop-in Services/Programs: Individuals can drop-in and get assistance with the following Services and Programs: Senior Center card renewal or new card activation, Senior Nutrition Program reservations, resources & referrals
• Drop-in Activities: Older adults age 50+ that possess a Senior Center Card can drop-in anytime Monday - Friday, from 7a.m. - 3 p.m. Upon entry, patrons must sign in at the front desk using their Senior Center card in order take part in activities and/or receive necessary equipment for: computer lab, billiards room, table tennis, bean bag toss, ladder ball, croquet
• Appointment Needed Services/Programs:
  • Health & Wellness Program: care management, health education and navigation, resource finding, and problem solving.
  • Welcome Tours: Individuals can make an appointment to hear about the Senior Center programs/services/activities and tour the facility. Call the front desk and make a reservation for appointments on Tuesdays, from 10 - 11 a.m., Wednesdays from 2 – 3 pm.
  • SALA (Senior Adult Legal Assistance): free legal services to Santa Clara County residents 60 or older.
  • HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program): Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Plans counseling conducted by certified, trained counselors.

Senior Nutrition Meals: The County of Santa Clara’s Senior Nutrition Program is a congregate meal program served at the Santa Clara Senior Center. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the meal program was moved outdoors for curbside pick-up, and has returning to indoor dining.

• Effective Thursday, July 1, 2021, indoor dining returns and will continue Monday – Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (except holidays). Doors will open at 10:50 a.m. for check-in and seating in the Senior Center multi-purpose room. Meals will be served until 11:45 a.m. to allow for enough time for dining.
• Meal Reservations: Individuals age 60+ must reserve their meal by 12 p.m. on the previous business day to dine with us. 
• Weekend Meals: July 2, 2021 was the final weekend for weekend meal distribution.

Adult & Senior Programs

• Lap Swim: Lap swim is available at the George Haines International Swim Center, located at 2625 Patricia Drive for Seniors and Adults (and teens too). Call 408-615-3140 for more information, or visit SantaClaraCA.gov/Swimming for lap swim schedule.
• Tai Chi for Life – Beginner class: Tai Chi for Life – Beginning is available for Seniors and Adults at the City’s new nine-acre Reed & Grant Sports Park, located at 750 Reed St. Call 408-615-2265 for more information or for schedule and activities.
