The Reed & Grant Sports Park is a 9.75-acre park with five lighted sports fields, four synthetic turf fields and one natural grass field that can be set up in multiple regulation size configurations, a multipurpose building, concession stand, restrooms, on-site parking and playground. With synthetic turf and use of reclaimed water for trees and vegetation, the site will be able to reduce water use. The facility also has electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels to produce electricity making the facility environmentally sustainable and reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The Reed & Grant Sports Park is currently open for scheduled classes, permitted activities, playground and drop-in play. For drop-in play, an Activity Pass will be required for entrance during drop-in times. Youth Resident Card holders are eligible to participate in drop-in programming. The Reed & Grant Sports Park officially opened on Oct. 28, 2020 with an inaugural “first kick” with members of the City Council, City staff, the Parks & Recreation Commission, and two Santa Clara youth soccer teams.
